SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer and we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand: 7-15 business days
Rest of the world: 10-25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for the first tracking update to appear. If your tracking number does not update after 7 business days, contact us at easyfreshblend829@gmail.com.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs authority. We do not mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value than the amount paid.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for this.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at easyfreshblend829@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier or send a replacement.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders lost, undelivered or returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund or a replacement. If you still want the product, a new order must be placed.
