ONLINE STORE TERMS

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limits on quantities purchased per person or per household, orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders we suspect to be fraudulent, and orders placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We do our best to display our products and their features as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Product images are for illustration purposes and minor variations in packaging or finish may occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Refund Policy.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Our portable blender is intended for household use only. Do not blend hot liquids. Do not submerge the motor base in water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not operate the unit while charging. We are not responsible for injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow the instructions included with the product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any product purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and the EasyFresh Go name, is our property or is used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
